What certifications do they have ?
The footwear is S3 certified according to EN ISO 20345 :

Are they suitable for all professions ?
Yes, for most sectors: construction, industry, logistics, maintenance, metallurgy. For specific environments (chemicals, welding), please contact us.
Are the Vanguard Max One really lighter ?
Yes, the shoes weigh 45% less than traditional safety shoes thanks to innovative materials and ergonomic design.
Are the shoes waterproof ?
The shoes are water-repellent, but not completely waterproof.
Rain, splashes, and wet surfaces are not a problem.
However, they are not designed for standing for extended periods in deep water or for complete submersion.
Is the rotary system robust ?
The rotating mechanism has been tested for 50,000 opening and closing cycles. It is designed to withstand the most demanding professional conditions.
For what environments ?
The Vanguard Max One footwear is S3 certified, making it suitable for all demanding work environments:
✓ Hard floors (concrete, tiles, asphalt)
✓ Standing for extended periods (6 to more than 12 hours)
✓ Heavy walking (more than 10,000 steps per day)
✓ Handling loads
✓ Wet or greasy surfaces (SRC certified)

Whether you work indoors or outdoors, it meets all the requirements of S3 certification.
What is life expectancy ?
In intensive professional use : 12-18 months. In moderate use : 2-3 years. Durability depends on the working environment and maintenance.
How do I choose my size ?
The shoes are sized according UK standards : choose your usual size when purchasing.
If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for greater comfort.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery times ?
The delivery time between placing the order and receiving it is 8 to 14 working days (Monday to Friday).
Return conditions ?
- Delivery time : 30 days from receipt
- Condition : Unused outdoor product, in its original packaging
- Shipping : Returns accepted, refund within 5-7 days
What should I do if my shoes have a defect ?
Contact our customer service department immediately with photos. Free replacement if a manufacturing defect is confirmed. 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
How can I track my order ?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been shipped. Please track your order using our tracking page.
